Department of Justice Intervenes in Case Alleging Over $500 Million in Fraud

On July 8, 2013, the Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a press release stating that they were intervening in a whistleblower (relator) initiated lawsuit against Infirmary Health System Inc. and its related entities.
